Syrdarya Regional Delegation Engages with Business Community in China’s Guangdong Province
During the visit of the Syrdarya regional administration delegation to China, facilitated by the Consulate General of Uzbekistan, negotiations were organized with several companies operating in Guangdong Province, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
During the meetings, the parties discussed the development of Uzbekistan’s agriculture, the introduction of modern technologies and innovative solutions in the sector as well as the implementation of promising investment projects.
In particular, during talks with leading Chinese companies “Haid Group”, “Wens Foodstuff Group” and “Huaxing Holding Group”, they explored opportunities for joint projects aimed at:
- Establishing livestock, poultry, and fish farming enterprises in the Syrdarya region;
- Constructing production facilities for feed manufacturing;
- Developing cotton cultivation and seed production.
As a result of these substantive and constructive meetings, it was agreed to organize business missions of representatives from the mentioned companies to the Syrdarya region to study potential cooperation areas in more detail and ensure practical implementation of the discussed initiatives.
