Mobile Consular Services Application Launched for Citizens of Uzbekistan Abroad

To the attention of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan residing abroad or planning international travel!

In order to facilitate the prompt and remote resolution of consular matters, as well as to provide all necessary information directly via mobile devices, an official mobile application has been developed and launched. Integrating modern digital solutions, this application provides the following core functions and capabilities:

• Geolocation and Contacts of Diplomatic Missions: The application consolidates an integrated database containing precise addresses, geolocations (map placement), and complete contact details for all embassies and consular offices of the Republic of Uzbekistan worldwide. Furthermore, a "Consular Districts" verification feature has been integrated, enabling users to quickly identify which specific diplomatic mission oversees their host country or region.

• Remote Consular Services: Currently, citizens can utilize the application to submit remote applications for the following consular services: — Issuance of a Certificate of Return to the Homeland; — Registration for temporary and permanent consular records. (Note: The list of available consular services will be expanded progressively in stages).

• Automated Questionnaire Completion System: A new technical feature has been introduced to streamline the consular application process. The system automatically populates approximately 80% of the primary mandatory fields in applications and questionnaires, significantly reducing the time required for citizens to submit their requests.

• Visa Requirements Directory (Beta Version): A dedicated information section has been created within the application, providing up-to-date details on entry visa requirements imposed by foreign states on citizens of Uzbekistan. This section currently operates in test mode, with its database being regularly expanded and updated.
